Aircel — I cannot generate my upc code

For the last two week i try to generate my upc code online so that i can port my aircel number to bsnl and this aircel number is being use for many purposessince 2004. Also i try to go to aircel office but there is a very long queue. Since being an old customer of aircel they should have send the upc code through sms or through email but it appears that the company is not taking any action on this and i have also heard that for some aircel number the upc code is being send through sms in the first week of february 2018.
