[Resolved] Aircel — I can't make cl or message

Myself Arpita Mandal. My aircel number is [protected]. Its a prepaid number. My account have balance above rs 50 but when i m trying to make a cl to any number then it's saying u don't have enough balance to make this cl. I can't even send a message from the number. When i m having balance why i m facing this problem. Please quickly solve this problem.
