[Resolved]  Aircel — i got an offer from aircel mobile apps but aircel refused to give this offer

I got an offer from aircel mobile aaps. The offer was unlimited call for 28 days and 1 gb data per day for 84 days. I had recharged from aircel aap on 21 november 2017 from aircel aap. After 28 day aircel not giving any unlimited data. I had complained to aircel through email but they refused to give this offer. They are saying that this offer for 28 days and no extra benefit. But the offer was unlimited data for 84 days.

As per system validation, no such segmented offer is found in your account (i.e. unlimited call for 28 days and 1 GB data per day for 84 days). So, you have received the benefits as per open market existing offer on the mentioned recharge.
The open market benefit is unlimited local & STD mobile calls + 1 GB 3G/2G per day (call limit of 250 min/day and 1000 min/week for all local + STD mobile call). Post limit, local & STD mobile calls will be charged @25p/min and post 1GB data, speed will be throttled to 16 Kbps. This pack has a validity of 28 days.
