[Resolved] Aircel — incoming call facility

Dear sir,
My sim card is not receiving thae incomming all facility. When someone use to call on my number then there is problum causing that the incomming call facility are restricted to this number., and when i used my sim card to another mobile also then there is the same problum occur.in that also there is problum saying incomming call facility are restricted to this number
So kindly please solve this problum
