[Resolved]  Aircel — main balance debited unauthorisedly

Sir, i am a customer of aircel and my phone no. Is [protected]. Today unauthorisedly my main balance has debited of rs 40. Aircel company debited my account by setting dialer tune automatic by his own choice. I called to customer service center but they told that wait for 16 hours. It is not a good service by aircel to customer. Please solve this problem as soon as possible and refund my balance.

I have been trying to port my Aircel number but I'm not able to send the port sms on 1900 anyhow. And the customer care isn't supporting well.
