[Resolved]  Aircel — main balance has become 0 after roaming pack expiry

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka, 560075

I had 445 plan and a roaming rate cutter for 49. I had recharged full talk time for 200 and the available main balance was around rs.30 before 445 plan expiry. Today it has got expired and i could not find my main balance amount and has become rs.0. I tried recharging for 49 to enable roaming rate cutter but still my main balance is rs.0.

If the plan is getting expired, then main balance should remain. How can u make it as rs.0?

We would like to inform you that the balance of Rs.28.24/- has been debited from the number [protected] on 12th February, 2018 at 6: 08 PM for using GPRS latching onto other network "HUTCH-KARNATAKA" and the usage had been charged as per the base tariff.

The data benefits offered with any plan or data pack are applicable in roaming only if the number is latched onto Aircel and the GPRS usage will be charged as per the base tariff if the number is latched onto any other available network in the location.
