[Resolved] Aircel — mnp mismatch issue | |||
Hi sir/madam, I want to port my number protected from aircel to jio. But every time i get rejection message from jio, that your port in request is rejected due to upc mismatch. But every time i give the correct upc. Please solve this issue. I already have rejected two times due to same reason. But every time i have sent the same upc code. I have also connected to aircel operator to resolve the problem but they din't positive response. I have received a DE681627 UPC which is wrong because while JIO agent filled out UPC in our software then BSNL operator is visible but my network is Aircel.
i very disappointed with your customer care the don't want listen to your problem and when i ask for service request number then he told me you will received in after few time but i have not received yet and i have called to customer care again but he did not give me Service request number.
