Aircel — mnp/porting issue

I am unable to port my aircel number despite having network no sms can be sent to 1900.

Trying to call the customer care numbers also is futile as none are working. It says due to technical issue we are unable to assist you...

This is so pathetic that a company winds up without planning any support how do we go about resolving this. Are we sitting ducks to be taken for a ride.

Please help generate the upc code require to complete the port to other provider. My aircel number is [protected].
