[Resolved] Aircel — mobile phone service | |||
I am using a mobile phone service offered by Aircel for more than 6 years. It is in post paid scheme. Now, I like to shift to Prepaid scheme. On approaching Customer care center located at Erode, I did not get any appropriate service. What I should need to do to switch over from Post paid scheme to Pre paid scheme. Regarding your query of Postpaid to Prepaid migration, we request you to visit your nearest Aircel store along with the following documents for further assistance in this regard: 1.
