Aircel — Money deducted oftenly and not a proper response from customer care

I am using Aircel network since 2010 nearly 5years. From this Jan 2015, I am feeling that Aircel network is keep on deducting money from my account without my concern. I have recharged more than 500rs, but I utilized only 200rs something. Where is my remaining money I have recharged with rate cutter, sms booster and then internet pack too with sufficient balance. Then I confirmed with customer care any service has been activated for the network, they said no all time. Then how my money is deducted is my big question. If I call to customer care, their aim is not to give the proper response instead of that they are trying to cut the call. They make us tension, even though we talk genuinely, then they said we have given enough information and please cut the call else we will cut the call. Their aim is not to get the customer satisfaction instead of that earning more money by hitting customer stomach. Another case is there, many times customer care guy said that server is down, data is not updated, call some other time. If we tell to escalate the call to superior they cut the call again. Another worst case is there, more than 3days, I am trying to contact customer care at all the time, the IVR system saying "network is with full traffic and call some other times" and call get discontinued. I want to know how many people are working in the customer service. They should have employee with respect to people in ratio. Another case, If we argue with all proof in hands also customer care guys are not satisfied, they are telling to reach Aircel mobile store to check on this case. For this 5, 10, 15, 20, 40 rs we should go for stores then we will loose 500rs per day(I mean salary) I heard from some of friends, the telecom used to deduct the money randomly. If the customer didn't ask or aware of this, network will get more profit it seems. If customer call, then they will divert the customer by confusing with theri words. My question is 1) How to get my money back which have been deducted from my account. 2) Will I get any compensation for my grievances. 3) How can I file the case against Aircel. 4) What TRAI is doing, they are not regulating the telecom it seems 5) I am getting fear to recharge again to mobile no. When they will deduct again. Now a days am doing recharge only 10rs. My suggestion is TRAI should create a new system that should contain if a customer is activated with any service, customer should get message immediately and should be activated after the customer concern. If money is deducted by using Internet pack, proper alert should be given to make customer awareness. There customer care people should be advised how to handle with customer. Customer care simply recruit the people and put them into the process without giving proper training on how to handle the customer. Nobody use unnecessary words, if they speaks he might be victim ed for the loosing money. They should understand this.
