Aircel — Money deducted recharge not done.

Hi, My number is [protected]. I made two recharges of 110 and 60 on 1st Jan 2016 and both the cases payment was successful but recharge was not done.I have attached relevant screenshots in support of this problem.I reached out aircel customer care and they are refusing about this transaction.Please take action on this. Please check attachments for failed transaction. Regards, Biswanath

Updated by biswanath.chatterjee1 After this complaint I got fraud calls from [protected] and [protected] and they are trying to fetch my bank and ATM details for this recharge. This is never required ideally Aircel can revert the payment and it will be credited in same account. These fraud people are making use of this platform to steal bank info.Be careful people!!

After this complaint I got fraud calls from [protected] and [protected] and they are trying to fetch my bank and ATM details for this recharge. This is never required ideally Aircel can revert the payment and it will be credited in same account. These fraud people are making use of this platform to steal bank info.Be careful people!!
