[Resolved] Aircel — my balance is deducting from past 1 month and i want port id which i'm not getting from your company from past 1 month | |||||
My name is edwin pereira and yhis mail is regarding the service provided by your company is worst then ever. Even a local chai wala shop gives a good service as your company doesn't have that reputation i guess that's why you are doing this type of work. My point is i need to port my number ([protected]) to other service because of this reason 1) bad service 2) network issue whenever our place current (Power) gets off your sim (Aircel) shows no network. 3) without any reason why my balance is getting deducted even when i access my phone through wifi and i deleted my data settings to make it proper but still same. 4) when i ask for service then your team says we have logged your complaint and will resolve it within 2 days and then nothing no calls My thing is now i want my port id or else your company can suffer very bad loss which you all are already facing and as per conversation. This is attached file screenshot of sending your company to give port id as your team member said we didn't get any requests from you.
