Respected Sir/ Madam,
My cell no. is.[protected]. My complaint is If I call somebody
elase they deduct heavy charge and switch off my no. and block.
kindly refer my account and reverse the amount, and why they block
and switch off my phone? kindly do the needful.
Today I dialed 198 . but they also switch of my cell. Every time its happen. i am prepaid account holder and old customer. if its continue i withdraw the aircell
and some other company to move. kindly reverse my cash to add my account.(prepaid). This is my request. I hope you help me and do the needful.
