[Resolved] Aircel — My outgoing calls and sms services have been barred due to undefined reasons | |||
I am not able to call from my Aircel number [protected] and even my sms services are also not working from yesterday. I talked to the customer care executive on this issue and they said my sim have been blocked. After that I have requested them to activate the sim again. They gave the assurence that all services would be started in 4 hours. But the services are still not started. Please help to get this resolve asap. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

Thanks for your mail, I have received the new SIM from Aircel service centre with cash payment of Rs. 50 /- yesterday and they assure me that new SIM would be activated in one day only but still the sim has not activated.
If this kind of aircel service has then it is very bad service if I am wasting my time to activate my existing no.
