Hi,

My aircel no. [protected]. I'm residing in chennai. For the past 2 weeks, i'm not able to get any signal. I've also tried to port, using sms port [protected] to 1900, but that is not working.

I need my mobile number since i've registered with most services like aadhar, bank, gas etc.

Please send me my unique port no.

Please don't wait for Aircel to solve your problems. If you are not able to get a UP yet. Please follow the instruction below. 1. Download the SIM Serial App from play store 2.You will get the ICCID no for your SIM.Note it 3.Visit your new SIM Provider Showroom(In my case I visit Vodafone) 4.Provide your ICCID, Aadhar No to them. They will provide you new SIM with the same No(Old) that will activate within a week. P.S: It will cost around 50-100 based on your SIM Provider for this process. If you are in Chennai.You can visit prestige polygon towers teynampet, where in the entrance itself all the SIM Provider(AIRTEL, IDEA, VODAFONE etc., ) will help you to resolve any problems Hope this helps somebody...
