[Resolved]  Aircel — No full benefit

Hello CC, I am an Aircel customer, my problem is that I didn't get full benefit of my recharge done 28/05/2017 from RS 19, under this recharge 25p/m local/STD calls for 60 days was to get to me but I received a message which was mentioned for 28 days this means I got just 28 days, when I talked to customer care, I didn't get a satisfying answer, please tell me what should I do.

I can't understand that why do u do this with customer, u r demanding a screenshot whereas offer showed under USD *121#, now how can I show u a screenshot, before I recharged I talked to customer care about *121# USD offer, he answered me that whenever u recharge this, only by retailer only then u will get full benefit, which means 60 days instead of 28 days, then I did so, retailer also checked this offer which are same (60 days). Please provide me my full benefit as 60 days.

A phone call from Aircel came to me which was mentioned that you got full benefit as 60 days, however no message got to me as 60 days but any way I follow their response for 28 days. If after that problem persists, I will complaint. Thanks to consumer complaints.
