Aircel — no in coming calls & sms after porting from aircel to vodafone | |||
Hello, i am facing problem with incoming calls after switching my network from aircel to vodafone. My number was successfully ported from aircel to vodafone but then after i'm facing a strange problem. I'm able to make calls but unable to receive calls from anyone. Whenever i call my ported number from any other number it says "the number doesn't exist". When i contacted vodafone cc first time they told me it will take another four hours to complete entire porting process then after i will not have any kind of problems. But even after 10 days. I'm unable to receive calls from any number. So i contacted vodafone cc again this time they told me that might be aircel blocked my number so i'm unable to receive calls from any number. I had applied for port out option from Aircel and My UPC is FD835291. When I tried to check the status of port out and new connection to different subscriber through http://www.mnpindia.in/know-your-porting-status.aspx, I am getting a "Records Not found" message. I received the UPC on 19.03.2018 and applied for new network on 24.03.2018

I have requested UPC on March 9, 2018and UPC code is Q7368789.
When I shared this to other service provider, this code shows invalid.
I have requested UPC again, but same code is received and same problem exists.
I want to port my Aircel number to other service provider.
