Aircel — no network from last 4 days | |||||
My area is suffering from black out of aircel network since 4-5 days. Apart many complain through email, phone calls, tweets the problem is nt resolved. My port messages are also rejected by aircel cc. They are not providing me the port code for undersigned numbers: 1-[protected] 2-[protected] 3-[protected] As this no. If AIRCEL can not handle the situation to resolve the issue - why they are no asking for experts from other service providers. All Inefficient people have gathered in AIRCEL only causing No Tower connectivity for the last 100 Hours at Dumdum Gorabazar area . It is shocking .Let the Chairman, MD and CFO with Head, Customer services be sacked immediately and Trai is to intervene.
