I am very upset that since yesterday afternoon nobody is picking on aircel mobile toll free numbers 121 and 198. It was urgent that I need to speak to one of the customer care person. But nothing. I have recharge with 199 rs( plan o[censored]nlimited call for 28 days + 10 GB of Data) on 16 of August 2017 but today 05 september 2017, I suddenly not able to call after 3.30 pm . I tried to call at 121 and 198 approx 50 times but there is no response from the aircel. This is my worst experience from the customer service of the Aircel.
