[Resolved] Aircel — not able to get the port number for my phone

Hi,

I have been trying to get the port number for my mobile since a couple of days. I tried texting 1900 to get the port number but the message is not being sent.

Also tried to contact your customer care via phone but no proper answer was given.

Went to your aircel office in solitaire tower, ratanada, jodhpur but the person there was really rude and no satisfactory response was received from there as well.

Really pissed of with Aircel now. Hope, writing this email helps!

Updated by Andalib Sheikh Here are the screenshots required by you. I am sending the message in the format: PORT mobile_number and after loading sign, message not sent is displayed on my screen.
