[Resolved] Aircel — Not giving refund | |||
I received promotional call of callertune on 15th jan 2017. I had just ended the call but still caller tune got activated by itself and Rs.35 got deducted from my balance. On the same day i had called customer care and complained for the same. It was told that service will get deactivated and refund will be done within 2 days. As of today 19th jan 2017, i still have to receive refund. I called customer care again today and asked for the status and they told no complained had been logged for refund on 15th jan and no refund is possible now. Its strange as from their side they were lazy enough not to log the complain and now telling no refund is possible. They told as per their policy, complaints has to be logged within 24hrs of service activation. First and foremost its very annoying that i receive lots of promotional call on a single day(now i have activated DND). and then they do such things with their customers. i had same problem
internet recharge by online 3 times but all of them unsuccessful recharge but you took amount from my bank accounts. Still you did not back my paid amount to my accounts

As per the records, there is a balance deduction of Rs 35/- towards the CRBT service activated on 15/01/2017.
However, we have deactivated the service and as a goodwill gesture Rs. 35/- would be credited within 48 hours
