Dear sir I sanjib das residences at bbd bag sarani ghoshpara bazar nischinda howrah 711227. I am facing trouble continue for last 3 to 4 days I was recharge my aircel mobile ([protected]) but unfortunately i was check 40 rupees deduct from my mobile I was called customer care they said call me after 3 hours, we did not see any update. Again on 14/09/17 the money has been charged approximately 40.00inr Again i was call customer care and agin they said we did not fine why the money has been deducted call me after 3 hours i need you help so this type of scaming stop from other people. I have no aircel network range around my residence . I request aircel authority to send me the upc as i am not able to send any message from my aircel sim. I want to port to another service provider company so as to get proper network range . .
