Aircel — not receiving upc code from aircel

I am trying to port my aircel number to some other network. Hence, sending sms 'port [protected]' to 1900. I have sent the same message almost 6 times from last one week. Till now i didn't receive any code from aircel. I tried calling customer care as well. But system is saying, due to technical issues, they were not able to connect me to customer care executive. Kindly help on this.

I am not able to send PORT out SMS due to no network. I expect aircel team to suggest alternative way to get the code asap. I need proper response from the team.

I have sent requesting message for the port to 1900, I didn't receive any UPC code.
Dear your network totally shutdown kindly provide me UPC code i don't want to loss my number please [protected].how could possible to get back my number because i am before vodafone customer, so if you couldn't sent code
I had sent a massage PORT [protected] on 1900 many times talled to customer care people too reg. a complaint then also i havent received my porting number.fed up with Aircel services now.

We are using Aircel past 10+ Years, But right now your closing your company. I"m not able to send Message its showing sending failure. Even i don"t have the sim number too. Kindly help on this.
