Aircel — not receiving upc code from aircel

I am trying to port my aircel number to some other network. Hence, sending sms 'port [protected]' to 1900. I have sent the same message almost 6 times from last one week. Till now i didn't receive any code from aircel. I tried calling customer care as well. But system is saying, due to technical issues, they were not able to connect me to customer care executive. Kindly help on this.
