Aircel — not receiving upc code to port out

Hi, i've been trying to send port out request from last 15 days, but not receiving upc code.. Due to network issue i've been trying to port out.. I'm neither receiving any call not able to call anyone. All the numbers i try to call says incorrect number.. Please send me the upc code to port out..
