[Resolved] Aircel — not showing network in aircel sim

In my area das garden, baprola vihar, delhi aircel sim card doesnot show any network. Whats the problem now and how it is fixed??? I have a very big inconvenience without netwotk. Please fix it. Why the network is shut down. Please fix the problem as soon as possible. How i will port it without getting porting number from aircel company. Please reply soon.
