[Resolved] Aircel — Poor customer service call | |||
Greetings. Sir/mam. I am murugan residential @ 157, sannathi street, tiruchendur - 628215. I have sony experia e2333 handset where i can use 4g services. I cant connect internet so i have called aircel customer care @ 198 and reached gprs specialist dept. (I am complaining this issue for 1 week but no steps had taken till now (No internet)) so i have explained her about the last and updated issue but she was not ready to hear my issue and she kept on telling her own scenario what she mugged up.. Also she asked me to do what she told in a rude manner which made me to feel very sad. Very poor call and service.. Please take some necessary action on the agent and let me know the result too.. I want it immediately deactivated or else I would from the servicea of aircel.
