Aircel — port message not submitted

I've waited long enough but now my official transactions are getting hampered. So from last few days i'm trying to port my sim but i'm not able to get the code as message is not being sent. I am having lots of problem on day to day transactions. There's no authorized area to register the complaint and get this resolved. I am getting tired of all of this.

I requested MNP out request on 6 mar 2018, but it is on MCH pending for last 12 days. Unfortunately Aircel financial crisis, affected millions of valuable customers. As one the aircel customer, I request you to clear the pending my request as soon as possible.
