[Resolved] Aircel — port message to 1900 can't be send

I want to port my no [protected] as i want 4g sim on this no. I tried many times to send port message to 1900 for one month but this message can not be sent, then i mailed at appellate. Rajasthan and they replied that issue was ressolved and now u can generated upc code but still i am not able to send port message at 1900. Please provede me upc code to port my no.

I received call from no. 9782199010 that now i can send port message to 1900 after that my message was sent
