[Resolved]  Aircel — port request submitted but no upc shared

Dear sir,

Aircel is not providing unique porting code inspite of sending porting request through sms.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Also please stop charging the incoming roaming charges if you don't want to lose your customers. All mobile operators have stopped the same.

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Customer (purvi daga),

We would like to inform you that the UPC for your number is DR956358 which is valid by 07/10/2017. Please contact your new service provider with the UPC to proceed further.

Regarding the free roaming services, we regret to inform you that there is no such facility available with Aircel at present. But, we value our customers and will update all of them in advance if any such facility is launched and we are thankful for your valuable feedback.

I visited Aircel store in Koramangala Bangalore for linking Aadhar to Aircel Tamil nadu number I have been informed that it can be done only in Tamil nadu why is that so when ever thing is centralised why still there is a restriction
