[Resolved] Aircel — balance deduction without consent | |||
They are activating caller tune packs on my number without my consent. Even i haven't pressed any key when i received their customer centre call. I called customer care to complaint about this issue, and their customer care proplr just cut down the call without listening and later on they just block the number by which i can only get to hear 'you are in a queue'. I mean i can't be a queue for so long. I called them for approx 25 times. Even i called from my another number but the result was same, they blocked that number too. I just want my money back in my number account. I have been trying since 6 days. This is not the way to cut balance of consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||
