[Resolved] Aircel — Post to prepaid shift request | |||||
I'm using two aircel numbers ([protected], [protected]). I made a request to change postpaid to prepaid a month ago. By that time itself i paid the fees and submitted all the documents. For the past four days both of my numbers are not working. I approached customer care many times. I'm not at all getting proper response. Whenever i go to their office (Ie saidapet) i used to spend 6 to 7 hrs over there. Inspite of submission of all the details they are telling to go to the office. I merely gone there many times and not getting proper response. I need this to be rectified. Kindly take action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
