[Resolved]  Aircel — problem in sending port message

I cant send sms to company to porting. Last 15 days i contact to customer care but there is no any resposce they executive mandeep give the wrong upc code next time i contact the executive says there is no any problem u send again sms the code ll come.

But i cant send sms to 1900 port [protected], plz give the proper solution. And asap resolve the my pro dont give the wrong info its very imp no for me... My number is [protected]... My name is ashok suthar... Please contact me soon as possible and solved this problem

i got this msg today (Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 23/12/2017.In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30 days through email/facsimile/post/call centre.)

but seriously thats your service i tried more then 10 times but what i got again msg failed ..i cant send till now msg to 1900 .

what tha hell is that ..please solved this properply sir.. why u cant understand my problem
