[Resolved]  Aircel — Recharge done online but balance not updated

After [protected] was migrated to pre paid and activated, I did an online recharge on on Feb 02, 2017 from aircel.com website for Rs.133 by debit to my bank account. While my bank account was debited, I got an sms from aircel, saying zero balance but valid upto 2019. Again on 05 Feb, 2017, I tried a recharg for another number [protected] for Rs. 133 from aircel.com website. My bank account was debited promptly. But the mobile number did not get the recharged amount.
I had emailed about this issue to [protected]@aircel.co.in. They asked for all the details of the recharge, which I emailed them. I got a reply from them saying "your concern regarding the number [protected] & [protected] has been forwarded to our concern team for further clarification and the same will be updated once the feedback is received". This reply was received on 8 Feb 2017. After that I have not received any response from them.
Kindly intervene to set right this pathetic attitude.
