Aircel — Recharge related fraud | |||
Today i received a message on my aircel no-[protected] stating that if i did a recharge of 50 i would receive 50TT+ some benefits but on recharging(TXN N0-KAR[protected] i received only 40.86TT without any benefits. when i tried complaining the customer care representative told that i should have confirmed before recharging and disconnected the call. We would like to inform you that, We have verified your account details and found that as per Rs.50/- recharge on 10/10/2015 you have received the talk time of Rs. 40.86/-, and there is no extra talk time is applicable in this recharge, hence for further assistance request you to share the screen shot of the SMS for the same.
