Hello sir/madam, I have recharged my mobile mrp 300/- Txn No.APR[protected] but TT = 0 INR, New balance 11.02 INR(old balance in my mobile), P.F+262.01 INR, S.Tax 37.99 INR. where is my full balance? what is P.F, actually while i'am recharing it shows that recharing 300/- talk time will be 360. But that balance i did not get, kindly rectify issue and credit my main balance in mobile acount. thanking you. [protected].

Please be noted that, I have done Rs.154 INR prepaid recharge for below mentioned number, noticed that around 130.51 INR went to P.F account, Could you please let me know the status using below mentioned details & revert the rest of the amount as much as earlier.Many thanks in advance.

Thanks for contacting us. As already informed, PF balance (promo balance) cannot be transferred to main balance. Also, PF balance can be used same as the main balance for voice, SMS and the internet but, you can not use PF balance to activate any service.
