[Resolved] Aircel — request for recharge didn't processed and amount not reversed. | |||
Respected sir/madam, I used aircel website m. Aircel.com for doing online recharge through debit card for 3g data plan of rs.298 on 12/1/2018 but i got a message that Your request to recharge 298 inr cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is uer[protected]. But the amount was debited from my bank account through billdesk, i thought maybe it was due to some problem and i recharged again of the same amount through the same portal on 15/1/2018, again i got a message: Your request to recharge 298 inr cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is uer[protected]. And again the amount was debited. Thus, total amount 298+298=596 was debited from my account through two transactions. I want total debited amount to be reversed to my account as soon as possible. Also, i want to know why this is happening? I hope you will give due attention to this problem and will reverse my debited amount soon along with a reason regarding why it happened! If not, it will really give a bad impression about aircel services and you will loose a customer, as i contacted customer care too but they denied any help! Feb 11, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Hi, as said, money was credited back to my account within few days, i appreciate Aircel for being responsible, supportive and honest towards its customer.
