Aircel — Service activated frequently | |||||
I am an Aircel subscriber and about daily i have been charged for some services activated automatically. On calling Customer care, they are telling that i subscribed it using internet. Which is impossible. I only use WA on mobile internet and rarely FB. No browsing at all. WA & FB is used only through app. Still no money has been redeemed and only they are charging the amount which is totally fraud. Please take action regarding the issue.
