[Resolved]  Aircel — service activation without my permission

Sir/madam,
Aircel always activates services on its own and deducts balance from my account. And when i complain about it to their customer care center, they deny to refund it.
Today, they deducted ₹35 from my account for some service (Clipzone), which was activated without my permission. And when i asked them to refund it they claimed "i have renewed the service" and thats why its non refundable.
So, i ask for your help in this matter.

Dear Customer (Milind Raj),

As checked you have been charged Rs35/- for the Reactivation of Clip Zone (VAS Service) on 22nd November via WAP mode, post double consent from your end. We have deactivated the same from our end. Hence charges are found correct and no waiver is applicable.

Our team tried to call but your number was not responding.
