My contact number is 97388o6879. my aircel sim is regesterd in banglore.now i went in gujrat for 5 month and my SIM is deactivated by company.i need to activate my sim number but they telling me to come banglore and submit document.They dont have network in gujrat and not any support.i cant go to banglore for next 1 month.how can i use my sim.i need urgently.i request to pls activate my number.i cant submit my document for next 1 month.i feeling very poor service from AIRCEL network.

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear virencool,

We would like to inform you that your Aircel number ([protected]) has been disconnected from our end under Zero Monthly Usage condition. So, we request you to visit any Aircel store in your home circle (Karnataka) with valid ID proof ASAP to get it reactivated as we don't have service/support in Gujarat and hence are unable to help you in this regard in Gujarat.

Updated by virencool i cant come to banglore for just submit document.i can send through email.i am ready to recharge and use services.please try to understand my situation i need this number because i am getting incoming call.if you not able to activate then please generate MNP code for this number.

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear virencool,

As we already conveyed, we don't have services in Gujarat. So, you need to visit the Aircel store (in your home circle) to get assistance in this regard.
Further, we would like to inform you that you need to be present in your home circle to apply for the MNP request also (as you can not send PORT message while roaming in any other circle).
