Aircel — sms not sending in aircel network

From the past days i am trying every single day to send the port message but unable to send.. Message sending fail is written always. I have to port my sim because its my permanent number and aircel bhas shut down the connection please help me out for porting my number as soon as possible even i cant send messages to anyone mot only port messages but also simple message is not sending help me out my number is [protected]
