Aircel — sms service barred & port issue too

I am using your service for a long time. You have been barred my sms service. Now your network is down in my area... Without port i can't change my network. For getting port number i have to send sms to 1900. But you have barred my sms service then how should i get my port number by sending sms to 1900 its creating headache nowadays...
