[Resolved]  Aircel — Stop the service kolam s3

I have activated KOLSMS3 service in my mobile no for one day. After that day, it is continued to recursively renewed day after day and there is nothing mentioned specifically how to stop that service. I cannot understand what kind of trick is that for continuous deduction in my balance. I also noted that there was nothing written about the service that is would be renewed on daily basis, once activated. I need to know the process to stop the service.

Same thing is happening with me...and after requesting *121*03# its showing that the process have already been deactivated...but my acnt blnc is getting deducted each day after 12.00am by rs 3...what the hell is going on guys? Do u want me to give up all 3 aircel connections presently am using?

The representative at the help desk told that i can only stop that service by requesting at the customer care help desk over phone call...is it true? If so, then u ahould hav mentioned it in the activation process dialogues..
They have deactivated the plan after my request but i am still afraid to try any of your offers for those hidden conditions ..
