[Resolved] Aircel — The worst customer centric | |||
We are receiving abuse calls and harassment calls from Aircel Hyderabad branch for the past 30 days daily and continuously for not paying the bill to number [protected] as we are our busy night shifts in office. Even though we are responding in a polite manner they criticised me, my husband and my elders who ever is attending the call. They are even calling from their personal numbers other than company numbers with different names abusing all the time and playing tricks during my office time. We the cleared the bill today reference number AP88010080201419580334981 but still they are using harsh language saying that better i[censored] cleared the bill before.
