Ho i want to port my mom's aircel no [protected].. But unable to send message as it's showing failed... Second failure from aircell is when i call the call centre it does not gives me any option to speak to call centre team directly on ivr How should i get in contact if such is the service levels and no option to speak to customer care directly I[censored] want to call call me on [protected].. Verified Support Oct 25, 2017 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Oswald Albuquerque, We would like to inform you that the Port out request for the number ([protected]) has already been rejected due to mismatch in document verification with UPC DM118733. But, the Porting code DM118733 is valid till 09/11/2017 and hence you are unable to send the Port SMS as of now. So, we request you to wait till 09/11/2017 (for the expiry of current UPC) and then try sending the Port SMS again thereafter. Warm Regards, Aircel Social Media Team | |||
