[Resolved] Aircel — unable to change another network even though have port code | |||
Hi sir, Myself akilan. My aircel number is [protected]. I have my unique code validity till 16/04/2018. I shared this code to another network (Jio) operator however the new sim card not able to activate. As jio customer support team told me aircel cancelled my request. But i don't know what is the reason for this. Please tell whether i can change my network or not. Please note i have unique code and i have signal also. My alternate mobile number is [protected]. Mar 16, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally I changed my sim to Airtel network however i did not received any response from Aircel office through this complaint. Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
