Aircel — unable to generate upc and mnp my no. in airtel

I am kapil from udaipur rajasthan and i am using aircel no. From last 5 years and suddenly aircel has stop their network from last feb end and now aircel is not providing upc code for my aircel no [protected]. Due to which i am not able to port my number to other network. I also email to aircel customer office and receive no response form them.
Kindly help to generate upc codes so that i port my number to another network, as my this number is connected to my bank account, adhar system, income tax return.

I was get port no and purchase Airtel sim from local sim retailer on 22.02.2018. But till the date my no is not change to airtel network. Airtel customer care is not tell the valuable answer or guide to me. Same time aircel is cutt off their service. So I can't transfer the network with the same number. That number is linked to all thinks like Aadhaar, bank, gas, ration card, and etc., I am helpless, please help me

My number is [protected] tamilnadu. I have given request for portability number many times to aircel, but they have not responded.
Please port my aircel number. There is no aircel customer service providing or not even the customer care is attending the coverage, so cant do msg.

I am using West Bengal Aircel SIM card and I am unable to get incoming calls however outgoing call is ok for other Aircel and JIO providers only from my Aircel NO: [protected].

I have visited nearest Aircel customer support center but they cann't resolve the problem..

Please solve my incoming calls issues..

I am unable to receive the UPC from aircel. I tried to call the customer care, but no one responded. Can you share the UPC to my email address as I need to port my number and I am also worried as this number is linked to my aadhar.
