[Resolved] Aircel — unable to get upc for aircel numbers

Hi team,
My both aircel numbers are showing emergency calls and i’m unable to call up complaints or send sms to 1900 for getting upc to port these to different provider.
I’ve tried emailing appellate. [protected]@aircel.co.in but since their mailbox is full, mail got reverted. Kindly request you to provide upc for below numbers as soon as possible

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Retika,

We regret to inform you that the Aircel services have been closed down in Maharashtra and hence we won't be able to assist you in this regard. However, we suggest you send a mail on appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in to get UPC (Unique Porting Code).

I have tried sending e-mail to appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in but the mail box is full hence is getting bounced back. See attached the email I received from them.
Please have this resolved and provide the UPC for my numbers.
