Aircel — unable to receive upc..its say no record exists

My mobile no. Is [protected].. I use dis aircel no. More than 12years,, i wanna port dis no. To another network due to aircel closing down issue,, i try to send port sms manytimes,, bt no. Response,, aftr tat i tried ivr method also,, i crctly entered my mobile no. And sim's last 5 digit no. 75457 too,, bt its says no record exists,, kindly resolve my prob...
