Aircel — unable to receive upc - says mobile & sim number not matching

Hi,
I have sent the port out sms at least 10 times from my aircel mobile last 3 days and no response. Today i tried to generate the upc from my another network, though u gave my correct mobile digits n sim card last 5 digits it says incorrect. The same scenario for my dad's aircel sim as well. Kindly suggest or resolve at the earliest.

So much disgraceful. One who intend to jump but system drastically says ur mob no & sim serial last 5digit didn't match. Then what the hell one can do, all over the connection with Customer Care as well as local offices are shut down. TRAI should look after the issue. Otherwise we call TRAI looks like a BiG doll.
I too face the same problem. Its saying no records found. I need the UPC code. Please advice.
same with me.. Looks like no one has a solution! Kind request pls post here if anyone gets a way out..

Please help me I have tried many time for generating UPC code by SMS or IVR but not getting UPC Code. IVR reply your mobile no. Or sim last 5 digit not found in our record. Or SMS send on 1900 many time(24 times) but no response by SMS.

My last 5 digit number of my sim is 32827. The UPC generation customer care saying it doesn't match with our database. Please resolve my issue. It's my very important number.

Im facing the same problem from aircel. It is really irritating experience. It says the sim number detail does not match with their records. How is that even possible? So frustrated with this issue. Can't even get UPC to port elsewhere. Why the ### ive used aircel for a decade? my sim last 6 digit is 19926. Resolve it
I massaged port my no..but msg hasnt been sent due to network issue..after that i tried a no to call on and gave my 5 last digit but its not worked.
I am also facing the same problem in Jammu circle, as this no is very important to me, since making so many calls as usual same reply technical fault or exceeded limits, sim last digit no is 84481, mob [protected]

ex: 12340, 12341, ..to 12349
there is possibility to work because the last digit is called as check digit (technically) it may change if your sim card is older than 3-4 years
