[Resolved] Aircel — unable to send message to 1900 | |||
I want to port my aircel service to other service... Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even i called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down. It is something blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers. Hi, your team is very good at responding to the initial complaints submitted here. But there are no follow up responses even after providing the details.
I have posted the problem I am facing in a separate complaint thread that I posted on this website. I was already asked for my details there - and I provided the required details on Sep 25th, 2017!

And their customer care tells me that this is a recent problem - it is happening only 'these days' due to a server problem. But I can see such complaints submitted on this forum at least since Feb 2017. This is customer harassment!
